Normally orders will be shipped within max. 6 weeks after receipt of your payment.

We accept money orders made out to S&P-Audio. You can pay by direct deposit into our bank account. We accept payment by credit card or T/T wire transfer to our bank account in advance. Or by our transfer bank “Moneybookers“.

We charge a fee of 50,- Euro by cheque payment.

Shipping on International Orders will be quoted after the boxes have been weighed.  We ship FedEx or UPS.

Since our loudspeakers are fabricated manually, sometimes you must count on longer delivery times. With longer delivery time than 6 weeks, you receive a separate message from us!

Foreign pricing. Foreign orders are subject to modest additional costs, but these costs will not be inflated for profit.

Warrantee. The systems contain both electronics and driver elements, which are warranted separ- ately.

The drivers, passive crossover components, and mechanical parts are warranted against failure caused by manufacturing defects for five years. The electronics other than the passive crossover components are warranted against failure caused by manufacturing defects for two years.

Repair. Systems or components in need of repair or replacement during these periods will quickly be factory or on-site repaired or replaced at no charge.

We will not be responsible for the lost of damage to the shipping package unless such claims are made immediately.
So check your order contents promptly upon receipt. Before returning any items, please ask for return approval first.

Dealer pricing. We are seeking dealers and representatives worldwide. We aim to provide the most satisfying and trouble-free dealer experience possible.

There are two dealership options: carrying our speakers in your storefront retail establishment, and personal sales from your home. There will be no Internet dealerships, and no overlapping of individual sales territories.

The superiority of our speakers is obvious upon first listening, and they are also beautiful interior design elements. Sales should go quite smoothly within the right demographic.
